Ownership
The TERRAFORCE factory warranty covers the vehicle for three years or 100,000 km and the high-voltage system for five years or 150,000 km (whichever comes first). We administer it on the manufacturer's behalf, and we can service your vehicle without affecting it.
Consumables use the common-parts system rather than a single import channel. The Lusaka central warehouse holds brakes, filters, dampers and common body parts.
Instalment plans are available through partner financial institutions. Fleet customers can bundle volume purchase with a service agreement. Rates and deposits are set by the partner.
We can arrange 7 kW AC charger installation for homes and sites, with solar and storage options for off-grid locations.
Towing and roadside support in Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola and Livingstone. Remote recoveries are charged by distance.
Fleet customers get driver and charging training covering load distribution, regenerative braking and wet-season wading practice.

The Lusaka warehouse stocks high-turnover parts, and other branches replenish weekly. Before you order we will tell you plainly what is on the shelf and what has to be ordered.
